Users declare themselves to be adult according to their applicable legislation. Minors may use XPlooor only with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstance persons under the age of 18 may use XPlooor.

Personal Data:
Among the types of Personal Data that XPlooor collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Camera permission; Storage permission; Photo Library permission; Usage Data; User’s Device type.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using XPlooor. Failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for XPlooor to provide its services.
Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by XPlooor or by the owners of third-party services used by XPlooor serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.

Place:
The Data may be processed in any other places where the third parties involved in the processing are located.
Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve transferring the User's Data to a country other than their own. User can choose what personal data they sent however once the personal data is sent, XPlooor has no control over the personal data being sent to 3rd party - Google Vision API and Mediawiki API.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: Device permissions for Personal Data access, Hosting and backend infrastructure, Platform services and hosting, Displaying content from external platforms and Information collection.

4. Personal Data may be collected and retained
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. XPlooor uses Google Vision and WikiMedia API and they may retain data for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. 5. Device permissions for Personal Data access
Depending on the User's specific device, XPlooor may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.
These permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.
The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.
Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of XPlooor.If User grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by XPlooor.

Camera permission
Used for accessing the camera or capturing images from the device. Captured Images are sent to Google Vision API for image processing.

Photo Library permission
Allows access to the User's Photo Library and send to Google Vision API for image processing.

Storage permission
Used for accessing device storage, shared external storage, including the reading and adding of any items.

Device Type
XPlooor needs device type - to customise the look and feel as per the device. By using XPlooor, this permission is automatically granted to the owner.

7. Platform Access Requirements

Access, Updates and Maintenance Access to and use of the XPlooor requires a compatible mobile device and/or web browser and internet connection. Although we are working to ensure that the Platform is compatible across various devices, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will work with all devices. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile device/ computer complies with the requirements for accessibility. Your use of the Platform may vary in functionality, availability and quality depending on the type of the device and the operating system that you use and XPlooor website accepts no responsibility for any lack of functionality that is due to your equipment (including your device, internet connection, operating system or settings and software). It is your responsibility to pay for all costs and expenses that you may incur while using XPlooor (including, but not limited to, Internet data service access charges).Your access to the Platform may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of XPlooor's control including, but not limited to, telecommunications and/or wireless network service disruptions, computer or mobile device viruses and bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, and server, equipment or software defects. XPlooor is not responsible and will have no liability for any failures of the Internet or any data or telecommunications equipment, system or network used in connection with the Platform. In addition, perfect security does not exist on the Internet; XPlooor cannot and does not guarantee that any data will not become public under any circumstances. XPlooor may in the future update the Platform for repair or maintenance purposes or to change any tools, products, services, functionalities, or features thereof (an “Update”). XPlooor shall not be liable to any User in any way as a result of any temporary or permanent suspension of the Platform or any tools, products, services, functionalities, or features thereof arising from or in connection with an Update. Furthermore, XPlooor is under no obligation to undergo an Update of the Platform to the extent any Platform Content, User Content and/or other tool, product, service, functionality, or feature thereof is out of date. The terms of the License granted to you hereunder shall apply in full to any Update. Following an Update, you may not be able to use the Platform until you have downloaded the latest version and accepted any new terms.

This type of service has the purpose of hosting Data and files that enable XPlooor to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of XPlooor.

XPlooor is distributed on Apple's App Store, a platform for the distribution of mobile apps, provided by Apple Inc. By virtue of being distributed via this app store, Apple collects basic analytics and provides reporting features that enables the Owner to view usage analytics data and measure the performance of XPlooor. Much of this information is processed on an opt-in basis. Users may opt-out of this analytics feature directly through their device settings. XPlooor is present on social media like Facebook, twitter and instagram. XPlooor uses an internal analytics system that involves these third parties and data provided by them. XPlooor will also put up ads on these social platforms and collect data provided by these third parties for our internal analytics purpose.

Information collected automatically through XPlooor (or third-party services employed in XPlooor), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use XPlooor, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.

User
The individual using XPlooor who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject
The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

Data Processor (or Data Supervisor)
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.
